6 types of panic attacks

There are many types of panic attacks but here I came with 6 type of panic attacks.

1.freezing in fear

The “freeze” response occurs when our brains decide we cannot take on the threat nor are we able to escape. Often when this happens our bodies might remain still, unable to move, numb or “freeze”. We may even experience “dissociation” or feeling as if we are not actually a part of our bodies.

2. Not being able to breathe

Several conditions can cause breathlessness, and any one or a combination of them may result in sudden breathlessness crisis.

3. Feeling like it’s too hot.

feeling hot may include stress, heavy caffeine use and being overweight. Generally, female patients deal with temperature control more often than men.

4. Heart palpitations

A sensation that the heart is racing, pounding, fluttering, or skipping a beat, often bothersome, but hardly ever a sign of heart disease.

5. Racing thought’s

Racing thoughts are fast moving and often repetitive thought patterns that can be overwhelming. They may focus on a single topic. like to much overthinking

6. Dissociation
Dissociation is a break in how your mind handles information. You may feel disconnected from your thoughts, feelings, memories, and surroundings.

That’s for today I hope all of you like it .

HAPPY DOCTOR’S DAY 💕

5 Indian web series you must watch.

obviously in lockdown we all are bored and we had nothing to do so there is five Indian web series you must watch😉

1. The family man

This story is based on how a man saves his country he works on secret ajence called tasc.

2. ASUR

I don’t know that much about it but the man wearing specs is trying to find the murderer of his wife.

3.Paatal Lok

This Amazon prime is one of the latest Hindi web series to watch, which stars Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead role and the whole story line is quite engaging and stellar casting and it’s kind of horror👻

4. Made in haven

Undoubtedly one of the best Indian web series to have been produced in recent times, Made in Heaven chronicles the lives, lies, and mistakes of two wedding planners and friends, Tara and Karan. What set the show apart was the nuanced portrayal of issues such as adultery, Section 377, wealth gap, and sexual abuse; along with a very realistic, entertaining and thought-provoking representation of the Indian wedding circus.

5. Engineering girls.

The most common ‘joke’ peddled out when it comes to engineering and girls is a commentary on the lack of girls in engineering colleges. Which also translates to limited engineering life stories from a girl’s POV. But Engineering Girls, as the name suggests, shares a much-needed account by exploring the life of three engineer hostellers and their challenges.

That’s for today and sorry for being late
